The new home community of Auberon Woods has a very convenient location within Horry County. Highways 90, 22, 17, 501 and 31 are all just a few minutes away. Much of Horry County and the Grand Strand area will all be quite accessible from Auberon Woods. Auberon Woods will have a Conway mailing address, yet the location of this new home community has a slightly different feel at it is actually closer to North Myrtle Beach, Myrtle Beach and Carolina Forest than it is to downtown Conway.

Back in 2018, the International Drive road construction project was completed - resulting in a nearly six mile long newly paved 4 lane highway that now connects to Highway 90 and Highway 31. Since this International Drive project has been completed, the travel options around the area have been greatly improved and Highway 90 has become a significantly more attractive area to reside as a result. Auberon Woods is one of several new home communities that are currently under development off of Highway 90.
Horry County has approved development of 1,188 single family homes in the new community of Auberon Woods in Conway. When completed, the Conway new home community of Auberon Woods will be the largest master planned community in Conway as well as one of the largest master planned communities in all of Horry County - behind just a few of the other new home communities currently under construction (Sayebrook, Clear Pond and Waterbridge) and the completed subdivision of The Farm @ Carolina Forest.
